Unni Pindi Killu Vatthal is a South Indian fryum prepared using banana stem.
Unni means Small size.
Pindi is Banana Stem
Killu means the small balls of dough taken by hand
Vatthal means Sun-Dried.
It needs to be fried in cooking oil/coconut oil in order to consume it. Unni Pindi Killu Vatthal is a favorite snack for kids and adults. It can be consumed as a snack alone or had as a side dish for meals. This is the spicy version. It is not very hot but mildly spicy.
