Thairu Mulaku is sun-dried green chili’s marinated in the curd. It needs to be fried in cooking oil/coconut oil in medium flame until it turns black. Do not burn while frying.
It’s good to put a hole each dried green chili and then put it in hot oil for frying. This helps the inner side of the chili also to get fried. Otherwise, consuming the fried chilli will be so spicy.
